Ever wanted to try CrossFit?
Well, here is your chance! CrossFit Engym Room invites you to come try a free week before you join (see timetable for times).
The free week offers access to our 1 hour group classes that take you through a workout of the day (WOD). All exercises are scaled to an appropriate level for you as needed.
After the trial week, if you decide to join, you will need to complete the introduction session prior to commencement of general classes. For more information on this, please contact us first.
One of the most important aspects of training at CrossFit Engym Room is injury prevention. For this reason, it is compulsory that all new clients who join complete a 1.5 hr introduction class (session is included in general weekly fee but is considered one session for the package deal).
Our introduction session is run in small friendly classes that are designed to allow us to assess each individual’s athletic ability and bio-mechanics, and to more importantly get to know YOU. Introduction classes introduce participants to the ‘9 fundamental movements’, and also to the concepts and programming of CrossFit.
The aim of the package is to ensure that we can demonstrate and teach the importance of sound technique, functional movements, scalability and intensity prior to an individual transitioning to general daily classes.
